Holy smokes, meditators! My credit card company is worried!
Posted on June 13th, 2007 by Steven Sashen
I have never received so many birthday wishes, e-cards or phone calls in my life!
Thanks so much… that was REALLY fun.
MUCH to my surprise, so many people took me up on my Birthday / Mess Up special within the first 24 hours that my credit card company called me, worried that my account had been hijacked!
Luckily, I explained what was going on and they’re calmed down.
If you’re one of those people who has joined me already, and you’ve begun to explore I AM, let me know what you think.
What do you like about the I AM course? What experiences have you had with the I AM practices?

I’ve practiced a variety of meditation techniques over the last 30 years. I felt there was something wrong with needing so much effort to attain such a fleeting glimpse of something so natural. With these meditations I have gone to the heart of the deepest of those practices with such ease, it seems impossible.
thanks steven
My favorite Instant Meditation is Perceiving/Receiving. It works just by my thinking the question that inititates the practice. I immediately go into a profoundly present, transcendent, joyful place. It really is amazing.
I had an amazing experience with “Beginning Thinking”. I can’t find the words to adequately describe it but I’m deeply grateful to have had that experience at least once in this life.
I loved the instantaneity and simplicity of the practices. They bring us right to the concrete experience of a being state without useless complications and efforts.
I had experience with Perceiving/Receiving too. It is amazing and interesting, I totally agree.
